STORYTELLING
CELEBRATING CULTURE, COOKING, & CONNECTION THROUGH
Wayiba, welcome!
I’m Zach, The Storyteller Chef
I believe every dish has a story, and Indigenous ingredients carry the words of ancient knowledge, tradition, and generations dating back tens of thousands of years. It is my passion and immense privilege to share some of the stories I’ve learned over time through the language of food.
So, pull up a seat and let’s have a yarn. I invite you on a journey of food, connection and culture that I can’t wait to share with you.

Zach Green is equal parts talented Chef and Storyteller. Weaving together traditional Indigenous flavours with modern culinary techniques, each meal he creates is a tribute to the heritage of this land, its people, and native ingredients that have been used for thousands of years.
